One of the craziest events Titan the Robot has ever appeared at; New York Fashion Week, with designer Philipp Plein and supermodel Irina Shayk.
Last minute booking
We got a phone call on Monday to say that designer Philipp Plein would like to use Titan in his show at New York Fashion Week and Titan needed to be in New York by Thursday for rehearsals. We are still not quite sure how we managed it but we did, Titan and a very jet-lagged Dave (who had just got back from Iceland) arrived in NYC on Thursday afternoon.
The Show
Philipp Plein is renowned for his over the top fashion shows and this was no exception. A giant UFO fell from the sky and as the door slowly opened, out walked super model Irina Shayk with Titan the Robot there to meet her. Titan walked hand in hand with the Russian goddess to the centre of the floor where the fashion show began.

This was reported on a worldwide basis with photographs appearing in the Washington Post, Vogue and Bazaar to name but a few. A truly memorable event to be involved with and a huge thanks to Philipp Plein and Irina Shayk.
