New York Fashion Week - Philipp Plein

In the world of high fashion, “dramatic” is an understatement—especially when Philipp Plein is involved.

For the Autumn/Winter 2018 show at New York Fashion Week, Plein took the industry by storm by introducing Titan the Robot into his Catwalk performance!

The show, titled “Stay Tuned,” was a futuristic spectacle featuring space-age aesthetics, hip-hop icons, and a heavy dose of rebellion.

Media Coverage

In a breathtaking display of “Cyber-Punk” luxury, Titan marched down a snow-covered runway at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Hand-in-hand with supermodel Irina Shayk, marking one of the most viral moments in NYFW history.

This was reported on a worldwide basis with photographs appearing in the Washington Post, Vogue and Bazaar to name but a few.

Perfect Partnership

Titan was the perfect personification of the Plein brand—bold, powerful, and technologically advanced.

As Titan guided world renowned model, Irina Shayk, through the artificial blizzard to the sound of Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon,” the fashion elite and global press were left stunned.

It wasn’t just a catwalk, it was a statement on the future of  luxury tech and fashion.

Last Minute Booking

We got a phone call on Monday to say that designer Philipp Plein would like to use Titan in his show at New York Fashion Week and Titan needed to be in New York by Thursday for rehearsals.

We’re still not quite sure how we managed it, but we did!

Titan and a very jet-lagged Dave (who had just got back from Iceland) arrived in NYC on Thursday afternoon.

Titan doesn’t just attend events, he creates global headlines.

Whether you are launching a new collection, opening a flagship store, or hosting an elite gala, Titan provides the “stop-and-stare” factor that guarantees your brand will be the talk of the town.

Are you ready to make your next event legendary?

Book Titan the Robot today and give your guests an experience they will be talking about for years.
